Panic Attack

So many friends Republicans and Democrats are in an absolute panic on matters. But we must always keep in mind:

  1. The Kngdom is here and being built out.
  2. Hosea says: For I am God and not man, the Holy One present among you; I will not let the flames consume you.
  3. Jesus says: ‘The Kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons.

Summary

While it is true the Supreme Court dealt a potentially fatal blow to democracy and even that the USA may go through a horrible transformation, it is still MORE TRUE that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand and our future is secured in love.

Reflection

The Lord has not abandoned us even in our errors. The Lord has given us commands to proclaim, heal, aid all humans in a variety of ways. Let’s do that.

Personal Reflection

In all my worries let me first worry if I am living the Beatitudes most of all.
