Yes! I think a lot of communities find their happiness in community and interdependence. Even under oppression. It’s a testament to the human spirit. But justice is about inter-community fairness. It’s a good area for research. Although in South Africa the Peace Commission managed to prevent revenge. But now not any longer. Difficult problem.
